All of our Historic Homes are over 80 years old, and as such there exists the possibility that lead-based paint may be found on the properties. While we do not have any specific knowledge of lead-based paint in these properties, we warn you of the possible risk. To help you judge this risk yourself, you can download a copy of the EPA document "Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home (English)" or (in other languages).
